Among patients treated concomitantly With ergotamine and propranolol a few cases of vasospastic reactions have been reported. Side effects Nausea and vomiting. Paraesthesia, pain and weakness in the extremities or peripheral vasoconstriction may occur in susceptible patients or following prolonged treatment.
